Credit Card Processing

The main purpose of Check and Paper Joggers is paper/document alignment. This alignment also reduces the risk of double-feeding, which can be very unfortunate in cases where you happen to be processing checks. The second role served by paper joggers is that of feeding the aligned papers/documents into the various other machines where they are needed. Further, given the fact that many of the documents that are printed using laser printers are left with static electricity, the joggers are useful in reducing that, in readiness for further processing of such documents (including the envelopes). This reduction in static electricity is simply achieved through proper alignment.

The Shear Tech MJ-1000 Check Jogger is the simplest of the products in this category. Its main strengths are in stability and its relative quietness (in terms of low noise production). The Formax FD 402P1 Single Bin Paper Jogger, Formax FD 402E2 Two Bin Envelope Jogger and the Formax FD 402P3 Three Bin Paper Jogger are all within the same price range, and within the same level of sophistication. Each one of them is ideal for a different application. For instance, as its name suggests, the Formax FD 402E2 Two Bin Envelope Jogger is better suited for envelope jogging, though other types of documents can still be jogged with it (as long as they are not oversized). Two of the Formax joggers have multiple bins, with the Formax FD402P1 being the only one that has a single bin (and also being the cheapest of the three).
